Our Return Philosophy
At Preetizen, we craft our pieces with care in limited batches, encouraging thoughtful purchases. While we strive for perfect products and service, we understand that exceptions occur. This policy outlines our procedures for exchanges, returns, and refunds.

- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect item or size delivered
- Size issues due to personal preference
- Unused, unwashed items with original packaging and tags intact
- Return request emailed within 7 days of delivery
What We Cannot Accept
- Color variation due to screen differences
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Return requests after the 7-day window
Return Process
Contact Us
Email care@preetizen.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order ID, product name, and reason for return. If applicable, attach photos or videos showing the issue.
Await Approval
Our team will review your return request and send an approval email with return instructions.
Ship the Item Back
Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging. Ship it to our returns address and keep the courier receipt.
Quality Inspection
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Receive Your Refund
After inspection, we'll process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit as per your preference.
Refund Options
Original Payment Method
Full refund to your original payment method, processed within 7–10 business days after our team inspects the returned item.
Store Credit
Opt for store credit that can be used on future purchases. Store credit is issued promptly after inspection and never expires.
Additional Refund Information:
- Prepaid payments will be refunded to the original payment method
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) refunds require secure sharing of bank details
- Refunds do not include original shipping charges
Return Shipping
We currently don't offer a pickup service for returns. Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us at:

Shipping Reimbursement: Preetizen will reimburse up to ₹50 of your return shipping cost once you provide a valid shipping receipt. This will be added to your refund amount or store credit.
